• Billing data (via Stripe): payment method details, subscription history, country and tax region. We do not store full credit card numbers; Stripe processes payments securely.

2. How We Use Data

We use collected data to:

• Provide and operate the Service
• Generate study plans and AI responses
• Maintain account authentication and security
• Prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access
• Improve product experience and features
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Provide customer support

Some anonymized or aggregated usage data may be used for analytics and product improvement.

3. AI Processing

Content you enter (topics, notes, questions) may be processed by AI systems to generate study recommendations and explanations.

We do not sell or publicly share user content. AI processing is used solely to provide and improve the Service.

4. Data Sharing

We may share limited data with trusted service providers who help operate the platform, including:

• Stripe (payments and subscription management)
• Firebase / Google Cloud (authentication, database, hosting)
• Analytics and performance monitoring providers

We do not sell personal data to third parties. We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or lawful request from authorities.

5. Data Storage & Retention

Data is stored securely in cloud services located in the United States and/or other regions, depending on our infrastructure providers.

We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to any legal retention requirements.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encrypted connections and access controls. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access or breaches.

7. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will take steps to delete it.
