Refund Policy

By purchasing a subscription to iStudyWith.ai, you agree that all payments are final and non-refundable. Access to premium features is provided immediately upon purchase, and for that reason we do not offer refunds, credits, or partial refunds for any unused subscription time.
No Refunds on Subscriptions
Subscription charges are billed in advance and are not eligible for refund under any circumstance, including but not limited to:
- change of mind or lack of use
- accidental purchase
- dissatisfaction with AI responses or study results
- failure to cancel before renewal
- partial period usage
You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the next billing date if you no longer wish to continue.
Cancellations Going Forward Only
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, but does not retroactively refund prior charges. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Billing & Disputed Charges
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank. Unauthorized payment disputes may result in account suspension.
Legal Disclaimer
Where required by law, certain jurisdictions may provide limited consumer refund rights. Except where legally mandated, all payments remain non-refundable as stated in this policy.
