1. About the Service

iStudyWith.ai is a study assistance tool that uses AI to help users generate study plans, reading guidance, practice ideas, and learning support.

The Service does not provide professional, academic, legal, medical, or certified tutoring advice. The content generated by AI may be inaccurate or incomplete and should always be independently verified by the user. You agree that you use the Service at your own discretion and risk.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Provide accurate registration information
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• Any activity that occurs under your account
• Not sharing your login credentials with others

We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated study plans, explanations, and outputs may contain mistakes or omissions, may not reflect real-world facts, and may be inappropriate for certain use cases.

The Service is provided for learning support only and should not replace formal education, professional instruction, or verified academic sources. You agree not to rely solely on the Service for exams, certifications, or academic evaluations.

5. Subscription & Payments

Certain features are available only under a paid subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. Billing is processed securely through Stripe. Pricing and features may change over time, and taxes may apply depending on your location.

Refunds are handled in accordance with Stripe policies and local consumer laws. We may deny refunds for periods already used. If a payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended.

6. User Content

You may add personal notes, study topics, or other content. You retain ownership of your content, but grant iStudyWith.ai a limited license to store and display it for the purpose of operating the Service.

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful or abusive, copyright-infringing, or contains malware or spam. We reserve the right to remove violating content or suspend accounts.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, or resell the Service
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to access internal systems
• Interfere with platform security or infrastructure
• Use the Service to generate harmful or misleading content
• Attempt to bypass subscription limits

Violations may result in account termination or other actions.

8. "AS-IS" Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as-is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted, that AI outputs will be accurate or reliable, or that any particular results or learning outcomes will occur.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iStudyWith.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the previous 12 months. You agree that this limitation forms a fundamental basis of the agreement between you and us.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, if fraudulent or abusive activity is detected, or if required by law or platform policy. You may delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice within the app or by other means. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Where permitted, disputes will be resolved via individual arbitration rather than class action. You waive any right to participate in a class or representative action.
